Grandma got us a season pass to Hurricane Harbor!
Hambooger
Quinn: "Look, a booger!"
Clare: (Proudly extending her pointer finger) "That's not a booger, it's a hambooger!"
Quinn: "A hambooger? Eat the hambooger??"
Mom: "NO! STOP!"
That reminds me of the day we were driving and I turned to notice something odd about the shape of Clare's nose. I realized that it was a cheerio! I flipped out and screamed for Sean to pull over. I just couldn't get a good enough grip on it! Thankfully, I had really sharp tweezers up front to yank out greys and misplaced strays at red lights... so I had Sean toss me those. "I got it!"I pose for this picture but Clare had other plans... EWWWW.. you can imagine what happened next! (gross!)
We are all healed mostly. We had our first ER trip last week. How traumatic for me personally. Clare was a champ. She introduced herself to everyone in the office, including the plant. She was jolly and
explained that she "fell down, rocking chair, hurt herself, see the doctor... doctor make it feel better" to anyone that would listen. They gave her Tylenol with codeine but it didn't make her relaxed or sleepy... just happy and hyper! (good to know!) She did really great once Quinn showed up for support. Mommy was brave and didn't cry once. Well, I choked up when he said stitches but she didn't notice!
